Within 90 days of purchase, receipts for purchases made using a credit or debit card or by check can be found in our system. We may be able to locate your receipt in our system if you’re missing it. Is Home Depot Do receipt lookup taking this into account? Purchases made with a gift card or a Store Credit will be returned as a Store Credit.
You’ll also need to know where you bought your items from. Your receipts will be available for retrieval by the associate. For the time being, you can retrieve receipts from your local Home Depot Service Desk using the credit cards you used.
